All Sales Final
Due to the nature of snow plows and heavy equipment, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Manufacturer Warranty & Support
Great Plows is an authorized dealer for Arctic and Metal Pless. Any warranty claims, service issues, or defective parts are handled directly through the manufacturer:

• Arctic Snow & Ice Products – Warranty and service claims handled through Arctic.

• Metal Pless – Warranty and service claims handled through Metal Pless.

We will gladly assist you in initiating a warranty claim or connecting you with the appropriate manufacturer representative.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at dan@midwestsnowtech.com. We will work with the manufacturer to make it right.

Final Notes

• Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

• Returns of plows, parts, or accessories directly to Great Plows will not be accepted.

• For warranty and support, proof of purchase from Great Plows will be required.
